XENOX COSMOS

Original music, game scores, and interactive sound design by Marcos Piñeiro — Berklee-trained guitarist, multi-instrumentalist, and composer for Laica Studios.
What I Do
- I create music and sound for interactive worlds — blending modern metal, cinematic scoring, and game-ready sound design into immersive experiences.
- From crushing boss themes to subtle ambient layers, my work is designed to react, evolve, and live inside the world of the game.
- I’ve scored and designed the complete audio for multiple released indie titles as the composer and sound designer for Laica Studios, handling everything from original music to in-game sound effects.
The Sound of Xenox Cosmos
Xenox Cosmos is my creative universe — a place where heavy riffs, emotional themes, and digital worlds collide.
It’s built on three pillars:
Metal — raw power, rhythm, and energy
Cinema — emotion, atmosphere, and storytelling
Interactivity — music that responds, shifts, and breathes
Whether you’re fighting a boss, exploring a forgotten place, or standing inside a moment of quiet, the music should feel like part of the world — not just something playing over it.
How I Work
I’m a multi-instrumentalist (guitar, bass, drums, synths) and a sound designer, which allows me to build entire scores from the ground up. I also design and build my own instruments, giving me full control over tone, texture, and sonic identity.
This hands-on approach lets me shape not just melodies, but the physical feel of sound — how it hits, how it moves, and how it supports gameplay and story.
